Delivery Options
We have a range of delivery options available. You can choose to either have your order delivered to your home or business address or opt to collect it from store.
Click and collect deliver to store: FREE **
DPD before 6.30pm: £8
Online orders are only available if your wear date is 7 working days or more from the creation date.
If you are placing your hire order more than a day in advance of delivery date your order will arrive on your nominated delivery date.
Please note that your delivery date CANNOT be the same as your Function date.
DPD deliveries are to a nominated UK address at the stated change
Click and Collect is available for selection from all UK stores.
Every effort will be made to deliver your parcel within the time-slot, but this cannot be guaranteed due to occasional delays outside of our control.
If you require an order for wearing within 7 days of your creation date, please visit your local Moss Bros store.

If you are placing your hire order more than a day in advance of the delivery date your order will arrive on your nominated delivery date. If you'd like your order delivered before 10.30am or midday on your nominated day, please request this option at time of booking (please see above fee's).
Please ensure you have ordered before 12pm (Monday - Friday) to ensure next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will not arrive the next working day.

Upon return if items are lost, failure to return or are damaged, we reserve the right to take payment up to the value of the lost or damaged item(s). These costs can be found at (add link to charges page)

All DPD deliveries are within the UK only.
We use DPD for all deliveries and a signature is required upon delivery. Our DPD service is fully tracked. DPD UK mainland orders come with a one hour predicted delivery time slot which is sent by the courier to you by email and text on the morning of delivery. Please ensure you make necessary arrangements for someone to sign for your delivery, it is your responsibility to do so. Please be advised that we online delivery within the UK mainland.

We do not deliver to the Highlands or Islands. You will need to have a UK Mainland delivery address or be able to collect your order from one of our stores.
We do not deliver internationally. If you are ordering from overseas you will need to have a UK delivery address or be able to collect your order from one of our stores.
