We recommend you book online. You can also call your local store Store locator , or contact our customer services team Contact us. Excludes Ireland

We recommend that you make your booking no later than 60 days in advance so we can make sure you get your required style and size.

Our standard hire period is seven days, with collection four days before your event, and return two days after.

If you need to extend your hire, you can do this at an additional charge.

Royal Ascot Hires (orders specifically placed for attending the horse racing event at Royal Ascot) must be collected two days before the agreed wear date, and returned one day after.

Yes – you can place both individual and group orders online.

You can complete your entire order online from start to finish, or, if you're not sure of your sizes, you can place your order online and opt to be fitted in any of our stores.

Yes of course! If you wish to place an order online, you can order up to 14 days before your event. If your event is closer than 14 days, we recommend you head into your nearest store and If you order instore by 12 noon and we have the stock available, we can do next-day delivery (some exclusions and charges apply) – Delivery options

Yes we offer same day hire, If you require this service , visit your local store Store locator where we'll do our best to assist you with available stock.

If your event is more than 30 days away, you can choose to pay a 50% deposit or pay in full

For online orders or orders placed instore but being delivered to your home address, your balance will be automatically collected 30 days before your event via the payment card you used for your deposit. Your order will only be despatched when full payment has been received.

If you booked instore and are collecting from one of our stores, you can pay your balance at any time or when you pick up your order.

If your event is less than 30 days away, you’ll need to pay in full when you order.

We’re unable to release any order without card details as a security deposit. We’ll take your card details as part of the collection process but no money will be taken unless your hire order is returned damaged or with items missing.

If items in your order are not returned or is damaged, we reserve the right to take an additional payment up to the value of the lost or damaged item(s). For more information on these costs, please see our T&C's, or ask in store.

Yes, all they need to do is book an appointment at their preferred store. At the appointment they will need to know the Party name, event date and their order number

On collection of the order we will require a credit or debit card to process a security deposit against each individual order. It is the responsibility of the person collecting the order to provide the card used for the security deposit.

Our jackets for hire start from chest size 32" and go up to 60" dependant on range. Our trousers start from waist size 26" and go up to 56".

Not every style comes in every size, so please check individual product pages or pop into one of our stores to make sure it’s available in your size.

Younger children can hire from our kids' range, with sizes from 2-3 years to 10-11 years in most styles. Please check individual items to confirm availability.

 If you're still not sure, book an appointment Store locator  so we can help you measure your young party members. Please note we do not offer kids' sizes in Tuxedos.

All our products are subject to availability. Products may not be available for one of two reasons:

1. Due to popular demand the product has now sold out
2. The product has been discontinued

If you have already placed an order for a product that has a banner stating it is unavailable, please do not worry, we will look to fulfil your order as originally agreed. We do ask that if measurements have not been completed against your hire that these are provided as soon as possible. Please remember that we ask for sizes to be provided no later than 60 days before your event date. If you do have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us

No, we don't make alterations on our hire garments. If you alter any of our garments, including the use of iron on hemming tape as you will be charged for a damaged item. If you're looking for a personalised fit, we recommend our  Custom Made service.

We can reschedule your Hire order for you. Even if you don't have a new date agreed yet, we can keep your order open and you can confirm the date when you have it. Please let us know of any postponement using the Contact us or by visiting us in one of our stores. We'll do our very best to facilitate your request, but please note that our ranges are subject to availability.

Yes, it’s fine to change the number of people in your group but we do ask for as much notice as possible. Please visit us in one of our stores so we can update your order confirmation. Please refer to our cancellation policy in our T&C’s

Yes, just let us know when placing your order where you would like to collect your suits. However we do not offer our Hire service in Ireland. store locator

We can provide a courier delivery to your home address, or even straight to your venue at a cost of £8.95 for UK mainland delivery.

Need your order on a Saturday? We also offer a mainland UK Saturday service for £15 (subject to availability please visit one of our stores to confirm this option).

You'll need to try on your order when you collect it so our store team are on hand to assist. They'll do all they can to resolve any issues with your order then. If your ordered is delivered to a home address, you will need to inform us of any issues on the same date the order was delivered. Contact us

Yes, you can collect and return at any store you choose. If your party members are in different locations, they can collect and return at their local stores. However we do not offer our Hire service in Ireland store locator

Only if you have placed your initial order online and requested this at the time of booking. Moss will arrange the courier to collect your order on the agreed return date.

Hire orders are typically due back two days after your event.'If you return your hire after the return date, you'll be charged . You can find more details on our T&C’s

If the courier fails to collect, you won't be charged. For more help, please Contact us
