Delivery

We have a range of delivery options available. You can choose to either have your order delivered to your home or business address or opt to collect it from store.

Two-day UK offshore & Eire delivery: £15

  • If you are placing your hire order more than a day in advance of delivery date (or 2 days for Offshore/Highland) your order will arrive on your nominated delivery date. If you'd like your order delivered before 10am or midday on your nominated day, please select the relevant option.
  • Please ensure you have ordered before 3pm (Monday - Friday) to ensure next day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will not arrive the next day.
  • Please note that your delivery date CANNOT be the same as your Function date.
  • ** If you are ordering less than seven days from your delivery date, you may be liable for a £10 premium. We typically despatch click and collect orders from our warehouse to our stores using our own vans, on their predetermined routes. If there is no van run between your order and the delivery date, we will despatch using a courier, hence the £10 charge. This will be referred to as a 'no van fee' at the checkout stage.
  • Every effort will be made to deliver your parcel within the time-slot, but this cannot be guaranteed due to occasional delays outside of our control.

Delivery Carriers

We use DPD for all deliveries and a signature is required upon delivery. Our DPD service is fully tracked. DPD UK mainland orders come with a one hour predicted delivery time slot which is sent to you by email and text on the morning of delivery. Please ensure you make necessary arrangements for someone to sign for your delivery, it is your responsibility to do so. To ensure next working day delivery you must place your order by 3pm Monday to Thursday. We can deliver on a Saturday for extra cost, and orders must be received by 3pm Friday.

International Delivery

We do not deliver internationally. If you are ordering from overseas you will need to have a UK delivery address or be able to collect your order from one of our stores.

Highlands & Islands

The following postcode areas have a 2 working day delivery:
- all of Northern Ireland (postcodes starting BT)
- all of the Isle of Man (postcodes starting IM)
- The Channel Islands GY and JE postcodes.
- Scottish Islands, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3,
- Scottish Highlands - postcodes AB31, AB33-38 & AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42
- Scilly Isles, TR21.

If you are based in one of the above postcodes the 2-day offshore, Highlands and Islands delivery option will apply for your order.
