How can I book a store appointment?
We recommend you book online. Use the store finder on this site to find your nearest store.
Can I place my order online?
Yes – you can place both individual and group orders online.
You can complete your entire order online from start to finish, or you can place your order online and get fitted to confirm your sizes in any of our stores.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend that you make your booking no later than 60 days before your event if you can, so we can make sure you get your required style and size.
What is the initial payment?
If your event is more than 30 days away, you can choose to pay a 50% deposit or pay in full.
For online orders or orders placed in store but delivered to your home address, the balance will be automatically collected 30 days before your event from the payment card you used for your deposit. Your order will only be despatched if full payment has been received.
If you book in store and are collecting from one of our stores, you can pay your balance at any time or when you pick up your order.

How long can I hire for?
Our standard hire period is seven days, with collection four days before your event and return two days after. If you need to extend your hire, you can do this at an additional charge.
Can I have my hire order delivered to my address?
We provide a courier delivery to your home address, or even straight to your venue at a cost of £8.95 for UK mainland delivery.
Need your order on a Saturday? We also offer a mainland UK Saturday service for £15 (subject to availability).

Do I need to leave a security deposit?
We’re unable to release any order without card details as a security deposit. We’ll take your card details as part of the collection process but no money will be taken unless your hire order is returned damaged or with items missing.
If any items in your order are not returned or are damaged, we reserve the right to take an additional payment up to the value of the lost or damaged item(s).

What if I accidentally damage anything?
We offer our Peace of Mind Waiver which covers you for accidental repairable damage to the items you’ve hired from us while they’re in your possession. This will be added in the checkout, but you can choose not to take the Waiver. Please ask if placing your order in store.
